EduEngage was founded by Andrew Dutton, a leader whose career has been defined by the successful management of people and projects across the international landscape.

Andrew’s credibility isn't just academic; it’s built on over two decades of experience in the "trenches" of the vocational, educational, and corporate sectors. 

 

Having operated across multiple continents and industry lines, he brings a battle-tested perspective to Values-Oriented Leadership. He understands the friction of leading diverse teams and knows exactly what it takes to turn a strategic vision into tangible team performance.
