The question on everybody's mind..... why launch a business in 2025? Why start something that creates financial risk for my life?

Introducing new concepts is certainly familiar to me. At times, these have been my own ventures, while in other instances, I've assisted other companies in expanding their growth and development areas. This time, the stakes are high, and the drive to succeed continues to grow. We face mental health challenges among our youth, an increasing reliance on government for solutions (which shouldn't be the case), and thousands of business owners, church, and community leaders eager to make a difference in our world. I believe we can and must do so in the coming season.

Preparing for the future

Preparing and empowering the next generation is essential, whether in preschools, high schools, workplaces, or among future executive leaders. It's important to see individuals ready to succeed, rather than merely managing teams that are exhausted, worn out, or in need of complete overhaul. These challenges demand a new kind of leadership, yet we are not currently equipping them to face the future challenges effectively.

Leadership development isn't achieved solely through a leadership day, event, or breakfast, nor is it the result of possessing a good degree or formal training. It requires building relationships and connections, with those who have led before us demonstrating the essential aspects of leadership, combined with the fresh innovations introduced by the next generation. The challenge lies in this mix of talent within any team, where we discover our role.

What kind of business are we?

Are we in the business of education or in the business of people’s success? I choose the latter, because, paradoxically, education often confines people's thinking. Learning should be a lifelong skill that we continuously nurture, along with a desire to develop and grow. Ultimately, we can never know everything!
